We are currently looking for a Structured Finance Manager to join our team in Madrid.
If you're passionate about renewable energy and financial strategy, this is your chance to make an impact. You’ll be part of our Structured Finance team, leading the structuring and execution of financing and potential sales of PV and wind projects across Europe and Latin America. Your role will focus mainly on the US, supporting local Business Development teams by identifying optimal financing and exit strategies to drive project growth and success. The Manager will also be responsible for:
Structuring and executing project financing and potential asset sales for PV and wind projects across Europe, US and Latin America.
Supporting Business Development teams in US, LATAM and Europe by identifying optimal financing and exit strategies for new and existing projects.
Conducting financial modeling and analysis to assess project viability and investment potential.
Engaging with banks, investors, and advisors to secure competitive funding solutions.
Collaborating cross-functionally to align financial strategies with business goals and market conditions.
Requirements:
At least 7 years’ experience in investment banking, project finance lending, financial advisory or capital structuring practices at financial sponsors/developers/infrastructure companies.
Master degree required (Master in Finance preferred or Engineering Degree with MBA), ideally in Finance or other quantitative or technical field.
Thorough understanding of corporate finance and project finance, specially M&A processes and non-recourse financing structures & processes.
Familiarity with the solar PV/Bess Projects industry, competition, and trends.
English and Spanish language proficiency (both written and spoken).
Strong communication skills with ability to effectively interface with sophisticated investors, customers, subordinates and senior management.
Strong analytical skills, including extensive financial modeling experience required.
